CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact usĀ to see if a modification can be made.
DAMAGED ITEM
During transportation, accidents can happen. You can rest assured that we are here for you. If you received a damaged item, please report to usĀ withinĀ 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email.Ā
ReturningĀ the damaged product isĀ not required. Our customer support team will be more than happy to offer you a full, free replacement of the damaged product(s) or a full refund through your original payment method.
Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.

REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund of an undamaged product, you must return your order. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying forĀ the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service is mandatory - if you do not use a trackable shipping service, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please note that if the package doesnāt reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount ā you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
In these situations, we can attempt to modify the shipping address to reroute the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.
This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
RETURNS
We always aim to ensure that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, weāre happy to help.
By placing an order on GALACTIC JUNGLE ART, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us if you are not happy with your purchase. In the case that your product is damaged due to shipment or manufacturing error, we will issue you a full refund or send you a brand new package. Please refer to our refund policy for further information on how to make a return.
To start a return, please contact us, weāll send you instructions on where to send your package, the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping and return postage are to be organized by you. Please note the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel.
